Sunday World Reports that Cassper Nyovest’s record Label , Family Tree could be liquidated after SAMRO took him to court for non-payment since 2017.

Nyovest has failed to pay R500 000 and the liquidation case is now before the Gauteng High Court. This is the final step after SAMRO won the first case at the Randburg magistrate court. One more case is pending at the Randburg magistrates court.

The non payment is in relation to the “Fill up the dome” concert where Cassper was supposed to have paid SAMRO the amounts of R467 400, R342 000 and R125 400 (2% of gate takings and VAT).

Nyovest also owes SARS over R3, 6 Million in penalties.
