Death hits radio personality Skhumba Hlophe. Skhumba Hlophe is a radio personality but is mostly known as a comedian. He has the charisma to hold the audience’s attention for an extended period, enough to build a joke that will leave you on your knees with laughter.

Known for his raw, sometimes even crude jokes about anything and everything from politics to celebrities, nothing is off limits with Skhumba.

The legendary comedian grew up in Tembisa in the North of Johannesburg where he was raised by his grandmother Leira Hlophe in her four bedroom house. Growing up his childhood dream was to be a lawyer but like most underprivileged youngsters his dream did not materialise.
