the tombstone was recently vandalized while the family is still trying to find closure and the devil does this. south africa is calling out for the government to intern with the case so that Senzo will rest once and for all. it is believed that strong winds caused the tombstone to collapse or it was done by individuals .

Meyiwa was gunned down at the home of his singer girlfriend, Kelly Khumalo, in Vosloorus, in what was believed to be a botched armed robbery. Last month, five suspects were arrested by the police in KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng in connection with Meyiwa’s death.

Family Spokesperson, Siya Meyiwa, says, “As a family, we always had a view, especially through the father that as a family we had nothing to celebrate because, as you know, in our culture today’s event, when we bring back Senzo’s spirit it’s a celebratory day. So, we are now today celebrating that. But we couldn’t until the people that were responsible have been brought before the courts. So, now that at least some people have been brought gives us an opportunity to say at least there’s something that we can consider in terms of celebration.”
