‘The hand of God’- nurses trying to comfort isolated patients in a Covid isolation ward. A picture was shared on twitter which left many people in disbelief.
This picture contains a hand of a patient who was in an isolated ward due to Covid in Brazil. What caught people’s attention was how the nurse went an extra mile to ensure that the patient doesn’t feel alone in the isolation ward.
So basically the nurse created a hand and placed it on top of the patient’s hand to ensure that the patient doesn’t feel alone in this difficult situation. See picture and people’s reactions down below;
WHO advises that all confirmed cases, even mild cases, should be isolated in health facilities, to prevent transmission and provide adequate care.
Self-isolate immediately if: you have any symptoms of coronavirus (a high temperature, a new, continuous cough or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste) you’ve tested positive for coronavirus – this means you have coronavirus. someone you live with has symptoms or tested positive.
