Inside DJ Zinhle’s Mother’s Day celebration with AKA’s mom. Mzansi DJ and businesswoman, DJ Zinhle, spent Mother’s Day with her late “baby daddy’s” mom Lynn Forbes, along with his girlfriend Nadia Nakai and Murdah Bongz on Sunday 14 May.

First Mother’s Day without AKA and his mom Lynn Forbes spent time with his “baby mama” DJ Zinhle. Rapper Kiernan Jarryd Forbes, popularly known as AKA was shot dead outside of Wish restaurant on Florida Road, Durban on 10 February, along with his friend Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane.

DJ Zinhle took to her Instagram Story to share a snap of a candlelit dinner table and tagged AKA’s mom and influencer Nadia Jafta. She then shared a story of Lynn with her daughter Asante Mohosana, who she shares with musician Murdah Bongz.

Zinhle and Lynn were joined by AKA’s girlfriend at the time of his death, Nadia Nakai and Murdah Bongz. She shared snaps of Nadia holding her and AKA’s daughter Kairo, along with Asante. As well as a the sweet moment of Lynn hugging Murdah.

In an interview with eNCA, Lynn chatted about her relationship with her son’s girlfriend Nadia Nakai along with DJ Zinhle — the mother of AKA’s daughter Kairo Forbes.
