Khanya Mkangisa is head over heels in love. TV host and actress Khanya Mkangisa has been in the entertainment industry for more than a decade now, and she has managed to build an illustrious career in the industry.

Khanya rose to superstardom after she landed a presenting gig on Yo-TV and she never looked back. She has since become a household name and one of the country’s most sought-after TV stars.

In an interview with Thomas Mlambo on Soccer Zone, she revealed how hard it was for her to transition from being a kids TV presenter to an actress. “I had to work. After I had done yo.tv I knew I wanted to get into acting. That was so hard because every casting director was like no you are a yo.tv kid. No, we don’t believe you. You can’t play this role. And after I had booked a couple of my acting gigs, I was always the girl in the school uniform because I always looked young. It was hard work getting here,” she said.

The starlet is head over heels in love with her new yummy bae Desmond Williams, and we love to see it.

Rumours have been swirling around that the two are a couple. The pair has been spotted on several occasions looking cozy while out and about. Videos of them locking lips on social media even resurfaced, but they were mum on rumours that they were a couple.

But, finally Khanya took to her Instagram page to confirm that they are indeed a couple. The video she posted showed them looking cozy at some romantic and breath-taking location while on a vacation.

The clip has left us gushing over how cute they look. She captioned the video “Sundays with my best friend.” Somizi even commented on the post and said “It’s time i betha istena,” which means “it’s high time that I steal your man.”

According to reports, Desmond is Mawe Mavudla’s ex-husband. The couple recently divorced , and they have a beautiful daughter together named Samkelisiwe Victoria Williams.

We are absolutely in awe of Khanya’s work ethic. The actress recently shared that she had purchased a second home. Taking to her Instagram account she wrote “Would you look at God. A dream come true. You’re now looking at a 2 x property owner; I bought a new house.”
