THE couple from Vanderbijlpark that was reported missing has reportedly been found dead.

According to Sergeant Gertrude Makhale, Kiwiet Makangeni Mokoena (35) and Nokuphila Dladla (22)
were last seen on Wednesday, 14 December.

Makhale said the couple was allegedly last seen by a family member who visited the couple at their place of residence in Vanderbijlpark.

In a statement released on Saturday, 24 December, the family thanked the public for their assistance and confirmed that the couple was found dead.

“The date and cause of death are still to be confirmed, and it is still under heavy investigation,” the statement read.

On Wednesday, 21 December, Daily Sun reported that the family of the couple suspected that they were kidnapped after their TV was stolen and blood stains were found at their rented place.
