Shots fired! Hungry Lion goes after Minnie after Khune TV diss

Hungry Lion has taken a page from fellow fast food restaurant Nando’s spicy social media commentary with a swipe at Minnie Dlamini after her shady comments on ex-boyfriend Itumeleng Khune.

In a clip that went viral, the TV presenter was seen seemingly insulting the veteran Kaizer Chiefs player.

The move was widely criticised by the public, who called Minnie out for being a “bitter ex.”

HUNGRY LION TAKES A SWIPE AT MINNIE DLAMINI

On Twitter or X, Hungry Lion was roped into the backlash of Minnie’s comments about ex Itu Khune.

This, after one of their followers replied to their post with a meme of the TV star.

But the eatery quickly clapped back, quickly defending Itumeleng for sticking to his successful career as a soccer player.

The official account tweeted: “We aren’t taking a Minnie vacation anytime soon. Khune plans of opening more stores in the next coming years”.

WHAT DID SHE SAY ABOUT KHUNE?

In a clip from her latest TV show, Curated By Tanqueray, Minnie Dlamini was captured shading her ex-boyfriend Itumeleng Khune.

She said in a clip about the veteran player: “No man, Khune doesn’t still play.” When a crew member claimed that the famous star played as recently as last weekend in the Soweto Derby, she added with much shock: “He STILL plays.”
