However, that is not entirely why she has topped the trends list on X (formerly Twitter).

The Justice Served leading lady is trending for the revealing outfit she wore at the event held at the Gallagher Estate in Midrand, Johannesburg.

Mvelase, who arrived with her two daughters, showed off her stunning physique in a glitzy see-thru two-piece dress. Her skirt, which had a long slit, also exposed the black g-string she had on.

The actress, who is also a presenter and sangoma, has divided the social media streets with her daring look.

Whilst some appreciated her beautiful body, others critiqued her for exposing “a little too much”.

“Lerato is too old for such an outfit Haibo Gogo,” said one X users.

“Lerato a mother to a 16 year old but still wearing that nonsense dress?” another said.

“Looove everything about this but the shoes! Everything else is amazing… body, hair, skin, outfit, kids… konke man,” commented another.

Actress and presenter Pearl Modiadie was stunned by her body, saying: “Lerato Mvelase’s body!!”

Whilst another X user wrote: “I’m so disappointed in her outside ! I honestly don’t like how these women have been dressing on the red carpet lately. Why be naked? I believe that the concept of the red carpet is to exude glamour and sophistication, this outfit does not reflect that.”
