DJ Zinhle gushes after first successful cooking lesson [watch]. South African musician and reality TV star DJ Zinhle — real name Ntombezinhle Jiyane — left her followers buzzing after confessing that she can’t cook.

Social media trolls instantly started roasting the mom-of-two who later shared that she is open to learning. Soon she found a chef/teacher who was excited to help her become the chef of her daughter, Kairo Forbes’, dreams.

This week, she had her very first lesson and judging by the photos and her comments, things went amazing for the musician and business owner.

Many of her fans and supporters who saw her post, absolutely loved it and shared kind words of support and encouragement.

GETTING THE HANG OF THINGS: DJ ZINHLE LEARNS TO COOK

Local hitmaker DJ Zinhle recently revealed that she is one of many women who simply don’t enjoy spending time in the kitchen.

This might just be changing for the busy mom who just got started on her cooking lessons.

Last week, 40-year-old Zinhle was outed by her 8-year-old daughter, Kairo, who told radio personality Thando Thabethe that her mom can only make breakfast.

In an attempt to fix things for Kairo who also shared that she would actually like her mom to cook, Zinhle set off to find a chef who was willing to teach her.

Soon she was hooked up with famous social media personality and chef Fiks The Cook and this week, she had her very first lesson.

A YUMMY FOOD MOMMY IN THE MAKING?

Taking to X on Monday, Zinhle shared a couple of pictures from her culinary adventure. Judging by how great and not blackened everything looked — she did pretty great.

“Success!! @Fikz_the_Cook and I had our first cooking lesson today. She made it fun and educational. I can’t wait for our next lesson,” Zinhle captioned a video of herself explaining how everything went.
