Zanele moved into Funani’s House of Zwide with her mother Faith when they got married.

She’s never been told who her biological father is because Faith has also kept Ona’s father’s identity a secret.

Isaac adopted Ona after her mother died in the fire and Ona has no idea that she’s Funani’s biological daughter.

Faith killed Ona’s mother so that she can become Isaac’s wife and killed Funani’s mother when she found out that Ona is a Zwide.
