RAPPER Tumi Tladi has passed away!Rapper and choreographer Tumi Tladi (29)’s sudden death has shocked the music industry. It was announced today on social media by some of his close friends.

RAPPER Tumi Tladi has passed away!

The Basadi-hitmaker was the son of celebrated jazz music promoter and businessman Peter Tladi.
His cause of death had not yet been announced. So far, many of his fellow industry friends such as AKA and
Slikouronlife have already paid their tributes to the young rapper.

Tumi released his latest single titled Presidential featuring Nadia Nakai and Mustbedubz over a week ago.

 

Tumi progressively danced his way onto the entertainment scene from the age of 11 back in 2004.
With solid training at Johannesburg’s Danceweb under the mentorship of Craig Bullock, he impressed the city’s
hard-to-please critics at shows big and small.

His unique blend of South African style dance moves, fused with his international experience in the art has earned him the respect and appreciation as one of the best choreographers in the world.

Tumi Tladi has worked with Cassper nyovest by teaching Cassper to be a better performer and danced with
Cassper through Casspers best performance moments ever seen on television. Out of this experience Tumi
decided to go harder than ever and released his first big single called “You ain’t shh”. The song made its rotation
on radio and tv and that introduced him fully into the industry and caught promoters eyes.

Now he has released his debut album distributed by Universal Music. It’s clear to see that his grown so rapidly in 4 years of making music and the growth keeps coming as the entertainment industry supports him
