VIDEO | Woman Bleksemed After Calling Elderly Man “Marete”. A video has gone viral on Twitter showing a man violently attacking a woman at a police station in Kempton Park. According to information gathered by Mzansi Ndaba suggests that the woman seen in the video being bleksemed had thrown obscenities at the man.

In the short video, the woman is seen fuming towards the woman and giving her a slap while questioning while he would call her “marete”. Marete is an offensive tswana word.

The lady who posted the video on social media narrated the events that led to the incident.

UPDATE 1 : PYEI’s been sent to the police station’s to do Police Clearance. This man from Friday been insulting these assistants and today happened words were exchanged. Basically we been sent back and forth to go to our nearest police stations whatnot. I mean they all packed!!!

UPDATE 4 : Worse they tried to brush it all off and stood for this man (his colleagues). This girl opened a case and only then they tried to reason with her. Now she gonn get her ear checked.

There was an immediate backlash on social media over the incident and Nhlanhla Sizani posted an update on the issue :
